1. Registration and Enrollment

• Registration for the training program closes on 9th September at 12 midnight.
• Ensure you join the training session at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to avoid missing any important information.

2. Attendance Policy

• To ensure a smooth and effective learning experience, it is crucial to attend the entire training session. No refunds will be issued if you do not attend the training after registration and payment.

3. Payment and Refunds

• Payment for the training program is required at the time of registration.
• Please note that refunds will not be provided for non-attendance.

4. Cancellation

• If you need to cancel your registration, you should make the cancellation on or before 10th September 8 am by sending an email request.
• We will refund the registration fee within 7 working days.

5. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to maintain decorum throughout the training session. This includes being well-dressed in professional or business casual attire.
• Please ensure that you do not engage in any activities that may distract others, such as using your phone or having background noise during the session.
• Respectful and professional behavior is mandatory for all participants. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without a refund.

6. Changes to the Program

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel the program at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants in advance.

7. Data Privacy

• Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the training program and will be protected in accordance with our privacy policy.
